The convenient Send-N-Return envelopes which your bill arrives in may be used. If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only.
DO NOT send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the bottom portion of the bill with your payment.
Customers can make payment in person at our Customer Service Center located at 201 North Washington Street in Easton. A drive-thru window is located at the rear of the service center for customer convenience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (excluding holidays).
Our Quick Payment Slot, located near the Drive- Thru Window, allows you to drop your payment off quickly after business hours. Be sure to include the bottom portion of your bill with your payment. We DO NOT recommend dropping cash in the quick payment slot. If you do, put it in a SEALED envelope with your name, address and bottom portion of your bill.
Automatic Payment Plan
Automatic payment is one of the most convenient ways to pay your monthly utility bill. Your bill is paid on the bill's due date by automatic funds transferred from your bank account.
